SHIPPING
$8 flat rate for one unit.
$3 for a design on its own.
Free shipping on orders over $50.
Every order is built and packed by hand in San Antonio, Texas.
Allow 1–5 business days for us to make your order, plus transit
time. We ship Monday through Friday by USPS Ground Advantage,
excluding US holidays.
If you order a motif alongside a candle, they ship together at
no additional cost.

If your light isn't right, email TheSereneLights@gmail.com
within 30 days of delivery with your order number and tell us
what happened. Serin reads these himself.
Most things we can put right straight away — a replacement
design, a new charger, a new remote, new glass. If we can't,
we'll refund your order in full.
For a refund we may ask you to return the item. Return shipping
is covered by the customer, and items should come back in the
condition they arrived in.
Custom and personalized pieces are made to order and can't be
refunded. If something has gone wrong with one, tell us anyway
and we'll work it out.
REPLACEMENTS
Broke a wood veneer design? We'll replace it in the same design
for $6, shipping included. That offer doesn't expire.
Lost a charger or a remote? Broken glass? Email us. We keep
extras.
HOW IT'S MADE
Every design is Serin's own artwork — more than fifty of them,
drawn from scratch. Nothing is licensed, nothing is a template.
The wood veneer is sourced in the United States and laser-cut
in our own workshop. Every order is assembled and packed by
hand.
The glass cylinder, the oak base, the rechargeable candle and
the packaging are made to our specification by our
manufacturing partners overseas.
We don't sell on Amazon, and we don't plan to.
YOUR LIGHT
Every design fits every base. Any motif you buy will work with
a light you already own.
Each light is 4in. wide, 4in. deep and 6.3in. tall, and
includes an oak base, a frosted glass cylinder, a swappable
wood veneer design and a rechargeable LED candle.
The candle runs 20 hours per charge. The remote sets a 24-hour
timer that turns it on and off at the same time each day.
The Forest Friends Lamp is larger — 6 to 7in. wide and 12 to
14in. tall depending on the base.
CARE
The lights are flameless, so they're safe around children,
pets and curtains.
Wipe the veneer and glass with a dry cloth. Don't soak them.
The Forest Friends Lamp body is 3D printed in plant-based PLA
and is best kept away from high heat.
CUSTOM WORK
Fully custom designs start at a 4 unit minimum, quoted at $12
per hour of design time. Adding a logo or a name to an existing
design is usually quicker. Email us and we'll send a quote and
a timeline.
WHOLESALE
We sell to shops through Faire. $50 opening minimum, $150
reorder minimum, 15 to 21 day fulfillment.
